Information is easy to acquire, knowledge to apply that information takes years of experience. Being a professional Realtor, for me, is all about educating my clients to enable them to make informed decisions. Selling or buying a home can be challenging and emotional. My goal is to balance that emotion as much as possible. Information and communication are how I keep my clients up to date on changing market conditions from our initial meeting to a successful closing. Working as a "team" we will obtain the final goal of selling or buying your home.

Any agent can list a home but, pricing it correctly and managing expectations is the part of the process that needs an experienced agent. When buyers, first time or experienced, find that perfect home it is a real thrill. To see the eyes, widen and the excitement in the voice is a great reward, that part of the business never gets old.

30 years in the securities investment world has given me the experience to analyze stock and deal with high level portfolio investors. I have taken that analytical experience and applied it to the real estate market to educate and inform my clients as to best prices to list their home or write an offer. Whether working with a $100,000 client or a million-dollar client I bring that experience to the table.

Working with many families since 2004, I have been able to gain their trust to the extent I have dealt with many of their children, relatives, and friends. Also, as a real estate investor, purchasing my first income property in 1975, I can assist you in that aspect of the real estate market also.

My experience includes working with several large Milwaukee area companies working with their incoming and outgoing employees. Johnson Controls, U.S. Foods, AT&T, and Miller/Coors.

I have lived in the North Shore area almost my entire life. A graduate of Shorewood High School raised my children in Whitefish Bay, and now live in Mequon.
